IMMIGRATION SUPPORT

Study Permit & Visa Facilitation

Eden University takes full administrative responsibility for facilitating student permits through the Department of Immigration of the Republic of Zambia.

This centralized service ensures that our international students remain in full legal compliance without having to navigate complicated bureaucratic steps alone or risk dealing with unauthorized third-party agents.

Important Notice for International Applicants

Please do NOT use third-party immigration middlemen. All study permits are officially processed directly by the University upon your arrival in Lusaka.

Key Permit Procedures:

  • Permit processing starts immediately during your arrival orientation at the Lusaka main campus.
  • Your official Admission Letter serves as the clearance document for entry at Zambian border points.
  • Required medical health checkups are conducted right on campus to satisfy immigration guidelines.
  • The University liaises directly with Immigration officials to secure your permit smoothly.

Required Documents for Permit

  • Certified copy of valid International Passport Bio-Data Page (at least 6 months validity)
  • Eden University Official Acceptance Letter
  • Certified copies of secondary school completion certificates (ZIMSEC, Cambridge, Matric, etc.)
  • Four (4) recent passport-sized photographs
  • Medical Examination Report (conducted at the University Health Clinic)
  • Proof of Student Permit Fee payment (ZMW 9,500 payable during semester registration)

International Application Fee:

ZMW 600
