Is the application fee refundable? +

No. The application fee (ZMW 150 local / ZMW 600 international) is non-refundable. It confirms the seriousness of an application and allows the Admissions Committee to process credentials, check qualifications, and issue your official Offer Letter.

How does campus accommodation work? +

Students may choose between:

On-Campus Halls of Residence: ZMW 5,500 per semester.
Private Boarding Houses: typically ZMW 800 to ZMW 2,000 per month depending on room sharing, Wi-Fi, solar backup, and facilities.

What payment methods are accepted? +

For Zambian Applicants: Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, or direct university bank deposit.

For International Students: Mukuru, WorldRemit, Western Union, or International SWIFT Bank Wire.

When do I pay my semester tuition fees? +

Tuition fees are strictly payable after receiving your acceptance letter and upon arrival at Eden University during registration week. You do not pay semester tuition when submitting your initial online form.

How does the Student Permit process work for international students? +

International applicants travel to Zambia on their official Eden University Acceptance Letter. Upon arrival, the university immigration desk assists in processing the 2-Year Study Permit (statutory ZMW 9,500 fee).
