Candidates possessing Grade 12 / O-Level certificates or statements of results from the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) with 5 credits for degree programmes or 3-4 credits for diploma courses.

Diploma Holders & Mature Applicants

Working professionals or diploma graduates seeking degree progression, exemptions, or flexible distance-learning programmes while maintaining career commitments.

Postgraduate Applicants

Graduates holding recognized Bachelor’s degrees looking to advance with Master’s degrees or Postgraduate Diplomas in Public Health, Social Work, Education Management, or Teaching Methodology.

International Students

Students from Zimbabwe, Malawi, Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, and other nations holding Cambridge, ZIMSEC, Matric, BGCSE, or equivalent senior secondary credentials.

Documents Required for Your Application

To ensure timely processing of your application, have clear digital scans or photos of the following documents ready before submitting:

  • Certified Copy of Academic Results: ECZ Statement of Results, Grade 12 Certificate, Cambridge, ZIMSEC, or equivalent examination certificate.
  • National Identification: Copy of your National Registration Card (NRC) for Zambians, or valid Passport Bio-Data page for International applicants.
  • Passport-Size Photograph: Recent passport photo for student identification.
  • Previous Qualifications (if applicable): Official transcripts and certificates if applying for degree top-ups, diploma exemptions, or postgraduate study.
  • Proof of Application Processing Fee Payment: Mobile money transaction confirmation or transfer receipt.

Eden University Intakes: January & July

Eden University enrols students twice each academic year through two primary intakes:
